I reserve the right to respectfully decline any request should I feel it necessary. Payment is authorized and put on hold when your order is placed. Once your order is completed and delivered to you, payment will be collected. If your request is outside of what I feel is my expertise or scope of work and experience, you will not be charged.

Energy Work and Reiki

Energy work and Reiki are complementary to regular medical care both emotional and physical. I make no guarantees regarding treatment or results of sharing Reiki. Traditional Allopathic medicine should be your first source of treatment for any medical conditon.

Fortune Telling Laws

Pursuant to applicable laws of certain jurisdictions, a person can be guilty of fortune telling when, for a fee or compensation, that person claims or pretends to tell fortunes, or holds him or herself out as being able, by claimed or pretended use of occult powers, to answer questions or give advice on personal matters or to exorcise, influence, or affect evil spirits or curses, unless otherwise done so explicitly for entertainment purposes only. Any and all readings provided by Jennifer neither claims nor pretends to tell fortunes and neither claims nor pretends to use occult powers in ways that would run against such laws. In certain jurisdictions, a tarot or psychic professional is required to disclose to you that tarot readings and intuitive consultations should be for entertainment purposes only. Any and all services rendered by Jennifer and Inner Spirit Pathways are for Entertainment Purposes Only.

Payment Methods:

All payments are done through the third party platform PAYPAL, so please be familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use for these third party platforms. You understand that I am not liable for any mishandling by these third party platforms. In person offerings may be paid with cash, Venmo or PayPal.

Refund Policy

All offerings and consultations constitute a professional service and due to the nature of the service and labor involved, all readings and services are non-refundable. Exercise reasonable care and diligence in performing each and every reading and consultation. If you are dissatisfied with my service, please contact me and we can discuss a resolution.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that life happens, and I didn’t used to allow cancellations, but given the current and ongoing status of the World Economy, I have changed that policy.

If I have not started your recorded or written service, I will allow a cancellation. If you haven’t received the email that your order or service is in process, I will honor any cancellation requests. Any live or schedule offerings or services may be cancelled within 1 hour of the start time and you will not be charged.
